Perched on the 18th floor, this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom condo delivers breathtaking Gulf views, unforgettable sunsets, and all the comforts you need for a perfect beach getaway. This condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Two master king suites make this luxury condo ideal for families, couples, or friend groups looking to relax in style!

Parking & Wristbands

Golf Cart–Friendly (Rare for condos in PCB!) Unlike many condo complexes, Aqua Resort allows golf carts—a huge bonus for getting around Panama City Beach with ease. *Subject to resort rules and availability

Up to 2 vehicles per reservation are allowed. If you are renting a golf cart, that counts as a vehicle. Parking is $50 with online registration and is non-refundable. If you wish to register for parking in person, you may do so at the kiosk on the 1st floor, and the charge is $55 per vehicle.

We provide your set of wristbands free of charge. Lost, damaged, or taken home wristbands incur a $25 replacement fee per band.

Parking & common area gate codes are issued in separate messaging from us within 72 hours of booking. Please look out for that.

No matter what floor you park on, you need to take the elevators in the parking garage to the 3rd floor to walk over to the resort and take the elevators to the 18th floor to get to Bleu No. 1809.

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Walking distance to TopGolf, a variety of scrumptious restaurants, and minutes to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park and Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre {where the majority of the town's events are held.} You don't need to leave the resort if you don't *want* to.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
