This condo does not have a washer and dryer in unit, there is a laundry room on the 4th floor {one floor above this condo, and there IS an elevator}.

This condo has 2 cooktop burners, a compact dishwasher + sink and a full-size refrigerator. There is not an oven.

Unlike any other property in Panama City Beach, and in addition to the aforementioned amenities, Carillon Beach is 3,900 feet of beautiful white sand PRIVATE beach, featuring 7 walkovers, 4 pools {1 of which is Gulf front and 2 that are seasonally heated from November - May!}, tennis courts, a fitness center, shops, spa, restaurants, walking paths and more. This condo has recently been completely renovated and is the perfect honeymoon, destination wedding and anniversary celebration spot!

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
